Substrate & Composition: Made from 30% Polyester + 70% PVC, with a weight of 470 g/m² ±5% and thickness of 0.65mm ±5%. The polyester-PVC blended structure ensures excellent tensile strength, controlled dimensional stability and consistent performance under varying temperatures. Standard finished widths reach 200/250/300cm, with roll length of 35 linear meters, suitable for large window projects with reduced splicing waste.
Core Process & Compliance: This fabric meets strict global safety and environmental standards, including NFPA701 (USA) flame retardant certification. It also features Grade 4.5 color fastness under AATCC 16-2003 standard, ensuring long-term color stability under sunlight exposure.
