Product Parameters & Production Advantages

Substrate & Composition: Made from 30% Polyester & 70% PVC, with an area weight of 360 gsm ± 5% and thickness of 0.75mm ± 5%. The processing method is welding or weaving, ensuring uniform stripe size (50mm×75mm) and stable dimensional performance.
Core Process & Compliance: The fabric meets strict environmental and safety standards: Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class IV, GREENGUARD Authentic air quality certification, RoHS compliance, and 16 CFR 1303 lead content standard. Formaldehyde and DMF content are controlled to meet GB/T 2912.1 and 2009/251 EC standards. It also passes ASTM G21 anti-bacterial testing and Grade 8 color fastness under ISO 105 B02.

Product Performance & Core Advantages

Adjustable Light and Privacy Performance: The dual-layer sheer & opaque stripe design offers ~5% openness. It effectively blocks glare and ~95% of UV rays while maintaining soft natural light, creating a comfortable and private living or working environment.
Weather Resistance and Protection Performance: The fabric has excellent color fastness (Grade 8 / ISO 105 B02), ensuring no obvious fading under long-term sunlight exposure. It is also waterproof, anti-bacterial (ASTM G21 standard) and anti-fungal, easy to clean with simple maintenance steps: use a dust collector, avoid scrubbing by hand or machine, and do not use harsh cleaning agents or rough materials.
Safety and Environmental Protection Performance: All raw materials are free of harmful substances like formaldehyde, heavy metals and lead. The fabric meets dual fire resistance grades: NFPA701 (USA) and GB 50222-95 B1, and is certified by Oeko-Tex 100, GREENGUARD and RoHS, making it safe for use in homes, hospitals and schools.
