1. Substrate Selection: 100% high-elastic polyester fiber is used, which is processed through multiple processes such as carding, doubling and weaving. The fabric density reaches 300T-500T, the tensile strength is ≥300N/5cm, and the tear strength is ≥150N/5cm. It is not easy to deform or pill, ensuring the durability and stability of the fabric, and is suitable for long-term outdoor and indoor use scenarios.

2. Core Process: Imported coating equipment from Germany is adopted for double-sided anti-UV coating treatment. The coating material is environmentally friendly PU resin, which is odorless and free of harmful volatile substances, complying with international environmental standards such as EU REACH and US FDA. It can not only effectively block ultraviolet rays, but also prevent fabric fading and aging, extending the service life of the product.

3. Production Capacity: The factory has 20 modern production lines with a daily output of more than 5,000 meters. It has independent full-process production capacity from raw material procurement, weaving, coating, shaping to cutting and packaging. It can undertake mass orders, and the delivery cycle is controlled within 7-15 days to meet the needs of customers' urgent orders. At the same time, it supports small-batch sampling with a sampling cycle of 3-5 days.

Sunshade and Light Transmission Performance: The UV blocking rate can be customized according to customer needs (90%-99%), which effectively blocks the damage of ultraviolet rays to human skin and indoor furniture and floors. At the same time, it retains sufficient natural light, avoids excessive darkness in the room, creates a comfortable lighting environment, and achieves energy-saving effect without additional lighting.

2. Weather Resistance and Protection Performance: The fabric has passed weather resistance test, and can withstand extreme temperatures from -30℃ to 70℃. Under long-term exposure to the sun and rain, the color fastness can reach grade 5-8 (sunlight and washing), and it is not easy to fade or crack. The surface anti-fouling coating can effectively resist dust and oil stains, which can be cleaned by wiping with clean water, making maintenance convenient and reducing customer use costs.

3. Safety and Environmental Protection Performance: All raw materials and coating materials have passed strict testing, without formaldehyde, heavy metals and other harmful substances, complying with mainstream global environmental standards. It can be used in scenarios with high environmental protection requirements such as hospitals, schools and infant places.
