SuneTex EXA00 Series is a high-performance 3% openness exterior sunscreen fabric specially engineered for premium roller blind and interior shading projects, designed to satisfy stringent demands from residential and commercial construction sectors. Constructed from a balanced blend of 30% Polyester and 70% PVC, this exterior sunscreen roller blind fabric delivers ultra-stable structural performance with a lightweight profile. Boasting a thickness of only 0.32mm ±5% and a base weight of 290 g/m² ±5%, the window exterior sunscreen fabric maintains flexibility without sacrificing robustness, making it ideal for sleek modern roller shade systems.

Available in finished widths of 2m, 2.5m and 3m, each roll contains 30 linear meters of fabric, facilitating efficient cutting and minimal material waste for mass production. The material boasts impressive mechanical resilience, featuring breaking strength ≥1500/5cm and ≥1600/5cm, alongside tearing strength reaching ≥110 and ≥120. This outstanding tensile performance prevents stretching, creasing and rupture during fabrication, installation and long-term daily operation of roller shades. Equipped with a 97% anti-ultraviolet rating, this commercial exterior sunscreen fabric blocks nearly all harmful ultraviolet radiation, shielding indoor furniture, artwork and residents from irreversible sun fading and skin damage.
