Substrate & Composition: Crafted from 100% Solution Dyed Acrylic. Standard roll width is 120cm (47.24in), and average roll length reaches 60m (65yd). It has great mechanical properties: tear strength warp >70N, weft >45N (ASTM D2261-96), and seam slippage warp & weft ≤1.5mm (ISO 13936:2004). The premium acrylic structure guarantees stable structure, no deformation and reliable long-term performance, minimizing splicing waste for various window projects.
Core Process & Compliance: This fabric passes a full set of global quality, safety and environmental certifications, including OEKO-TEX Standard 100, EU REACH, California Proposition 65, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and CNAS. It achieves Level 5 water repellency (ISO 4920), Level 4 alcohol/water resistance (AATCC 193) and hydrostatic pressure over 330mm (ISO 811). It also obtains excellent color fastness: Grade 8 to artificial light (ISO 105 B02), Grade 7 to artificial weathering (ISO 105 B04), Grade 4-5 to rubbing (ISO 105-X12), and Grade 3-4 to light after 2000-hour test (AATCC TM 16.3).
